Any call request that breaks these rules will be cancelled. If Alex discovers during a call that the person is under 18 he will hang up right away and no refund will be issued. 

Alex WILL NOT call the same person more than twice as this is considered harassment. We do not want to harass anyone we are trying to have fun. If an order has been made multiple times for the same person it will be cancelled. 

Alex DOES NOT call anyone under the age of 18. 

Alex DOES NOT do calls pretending to be police. 

Alex DOES NOT call people to tell them someone they know has died. (except your ex)

Alex DOES NOT call suicide lines, police stations or emergency services. Anyone who suggests these numbers with a misleading prompt will be blocked from participating and viewing the live streams. 

Alex DOES NOT call people who have restraining orders or no contact orders against you  

Alex DOES NOT call people who YOU have a restraining or no contact order against for your own safety

Alex HAS THE RIGHT to tell anyone its a prank at anytime as this is supposed to be light hearted.

DO NOT get Alex to call anyone that you are harassing, or is harassing you.

If the person were to find out who ordered the prank and it would put you at risk or in trouble DO NOT have Alex call them. 

Alex CAN/WILL change the idea if he sees fit. 

Verbally abusing and disrespecting the moderators in the live will result in your call being CANCELLED with NO REFUND. Abuse of the moderators is NOT tolerated. 

If you spam for your call to be done in the live chat the moderators will MUTE you. Please be patient as there is a queue. 

 IMPORTANT! - We are trying to make people laugh. Any call request that involves harrassing, upsetting or potentially endangering someone will be cancelled.
