If you forget to add the phone number an employee will reach out to you to collect the phone number. If the phone number is not given no refund will be issued. You will be able to collect your call at anytime as soon as the phone number is given.
If an unjustified chargeback is issued the recipient of the prank call will be contacted as proof that the call was fulfilled.

Eligibility: By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Prank Call Requests: a. The Service allows users to submit prank call requests for Alex Biron to perform. By submitting a prank call request, you agree that the call will not be used to harass, threaten, or harm any individual and that it will be directed towards someone you know and have a pre-existing relationship with. b. You acknowledge and understand that the prank call should be light-hearted and intended for entertainment purposes only. c. We reserve the right to refuse any prank call request that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or harmful in any way. d. We do not guarantee that all prank call requests will be fulfilled, and we reserve the right to select and prioritize the requests based on our discretion.

Content Ownership: a. Any content produced during the prank calls, including but not limited to recordings, scripts, and dialogue, remains the exclusive property of Alex Biron. b. You agree that you do not have any ownership or rights to the content produced during the prank calls, and you may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content for any purpose without our prior written consent.
